Well the song certainly fits the theme of the title - the listener feels as if they're deep underwater, traveling through some dark caves and ancient ruins. So in terms of setting the mood, you've done an excellent job.
I'm also not that big a fan of ambient/new age, but this actually sounds a lot like a song you'd hear on a soundtrack or film. I'd love to hear what you could do with a full-orchestra composition - your music is very cinematic-sounding.
My only realy negative is that we're missing a "hook" of some sort - even Yanni, considered one of the greatest new agers, knew that you needed an oft-repeating melody to draw listeners in. I'd work on incorporating one unified theme throughout the whole song.

If you just want to do soundtracks...
The trouble with this is that it can't stand on it's own as music. It needs to be synched to visuals or it has no meaning.

This piece though i can imagine it as an audio/visual piece, the musical textures do build the piece in tension and emotional level due to the use of more dissonant sounds and chords as the song progresses. Though could this have been delved further into to produce an even more tense and dissonant peak to be later resolved by the consonant piano break down? just a thought...
All in all this piece does effectively build dynamically and tonally and is a good example of this artists hard work.

First of all on a "personal" note...I'm NOT into the Ambient genre". {For me if a musical composition is not upbeat/lively, and preferrably "danceable" I get bored easily.} But from an ARTISTIC point of view...I'm sure it took one or more people many hours of diligence to complete and record this symphonic masterpiece! Yes, I have to give CUDOS for the artistry here! This would be marvelous for the Theme Soundtrack of a "spacey" Sci-Fi movie, and/or a NOVA production on PBS. People have a right to do the type of music they do best, and prefer!

One day I was looking for a song of 'hope', I landed on your "Ray of Hope" instead. A few days later, I sat down and listened to it, and I was like WOW, who is this? I searched the internet, found your website and downloaded EVERYTHING. I was listening to the downloads randomaly, and all I can say is that your music is GREAT. I guess I would be the first Egyptian to say this I am living in the UAE, where Dubai so let me know of you need anything from here.
